Winter is coming close, the West is looking for the sun

If you are not lucky enough to live in a region filled up with the heat any time in the year, you still have some opportunities to seek the sun when it starts getting cold. Whether you live in North America or in Europe, where the good sunny days seem really far away now, it is high time to figure out your possibilities to breathe and relax in a quiet and warm environment.

Beyond weather issues, it is not the best moment to live in the West right now. The complicated relationships between Russia and the Western states are setting up an atmosphere of insecurity which does not help to consider the future peacefully. In France, the political uncertainty is literally blocking the country and compelling the population to live day by day. Cold days have been showing up lately, and the chilling times of the summer period seem to belong to another era.

In such a context, it seems logical to envy those who live in the sun. Of course, the political and economic situation can be worrying in the South as well, take Senegal and the huge debt of the country for instance, but if you live in the West and if you wish to get rid of your daily problems at least for a couple of weeks, the recipe looks simple: take some rest, enjoy the heat and think of something else in a different environment that will not remind you of the daily (and sometime exhausting) routine.

The African Cup of Nations will be organized by Morocco from December 21st to January 18th. Perhaps you are not keen on football, but why not take a flight to go to the country of the Atlas Lions and witness the popular enthusiasm? People say happiness and joy are contagious. Give it a try!
